Can't wait we're packing up for the Milan Convention . I'll be meeting Brad there and Peggy Punch is flying over with me to help out at the booth. Seth and Dawn are going with Seul Contre Tous Calendars in tow and Chappy and Sean are coming from Iron Age. Last year was great I loved Italy and this year I tried to cram some Italian into my head. We'll see if Rosetta Stone pays off it would be nice to be able to communicate a little on my end. It's embarrasing that so many people speak English over there and we know like two words of Italian, but this year I've made an effort.

February is a good time to make tracks out of town it's allways the slowest month for tattooing although so far this years been pretty good. We've had some real characters in lately. A guy came in the other day that I didn't know what to make of him at first, a buch of homemade tattoos from his hands to his neck and a thick Cockney accent  and a little crazy like. But then he had all these great pictures of his paintings that he sells on the street  that were really cool. Mid-way through his tattoo he says "I came over years ago to the city but they put me in Bellvue and I wasn't allowed back in the country for 8 years, so now I'm back"  Awesome.  Last week  I tattooed a girl who tells me she wants to have a drink after she finishes her tattoo but she doesn't drink anymore because she had a job that made her drink. I said "what job made you drink?" she says, "I was a stripper I had to drink so I could stand the men" the secrets out guys.

PS go vote people, I like a certain lady whos running especially cause she could set up Obama to follow in her tracks in a couple years. This is an exciting election, get involved!

Finally the holidays are passed and we're back to business as usual at the shop. We've had some interesting customers in from far and wide. Last week a guy came in with his buddy from Manchester England and I couldnt help but notice this huge frankenstein scar running down the back of his arm, armpit to elbow, huge. So of course I have to ask how he got the scar and he says, "arm wrestling".  I was impressed, who snaps their own arm in half?  Can you imagine all the modern primitives out there trying to design their next big scar? I say, get some real scars, arm wrestle for that s**t you sissys.

Then Big Steve gets his tooth pulled but he's supposed to leave for the Texas convention the next day so I get this text in the morning,"Hey Michelle my face is all swollen Im thinking that I shouldn't go to Texas what do you think I should do?" I told him I thought he should call his dentist is what  I thought he should do. No Texas for Steve. Brad's coming in town this week, we're getting ready for the Milano Tattoo convention next month and keeping busy tattooing like nobodys business. Claire will be back from her honeymoon next week and the new Daredevil website is very close I hear. So good stuff going on all around give us a shout for that new 08 tattoo you know you need it.
